Need minimalistic yet elegant and, modern labels created for guests / recipients of your special occasion but don't want to handwrite them all out yourself? Look no further! My customers rave about how easy my guest label service is, as well as the quality and quick turnaround. Just pick your font and supply me with the names and addresses using my template spreadsheet or your own spreadsheet and I'll create, print and ship the labels to you!

Coordinating Return/RSVP labels can be found here: https://www.etsy.com/Eventfulink/listing/843597997

Specifications

• Dimension: You choose from dropdown choices I offer (1x2.62, 1.5x4, 2x4)
• All personalized text will be in black
• Labels will be printed on label finish you choose from the dropdown

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like something tweaked such as text ink color, please chat or email me before ordering to confirm I can accommodate.

PLEASE NOTE: Gold, Silver and lighter colored ink won't show up on clear labels especially on darker envelopes. An alternative is to print black ink on my gold and silver foil label stock.

Proof Handling

  • A proof of your full set of labels will be provided via email
  • If you are unsure of your font selection, please include a request for a mini-proof in the personalization box to get a proof of a small subset of your list in the chosen font so you can confirm or change before I proceed to creating a full proof
  • A request to change the font once a full proof is provided will require an additional $20 charge since I will have to completely re-do the labels from scratch.

Providing Names & Addresses to Me

Feel free to use a copy of my Google Sheet Template. Instructions are on the right side for copying and then filling in your own info.

Or if you already have a spreadsheet in Excel, Google Sheet, .CSV or .Numbers form with your info separated into columns, I can usually use that.

In either case, please share with Holly@Eventfulink.com
