Need return address labels and labels created for guests / recipients of your special occasion? Just supply me with the names and addresses using my template or one of your own and I'll print and mail a personalized set of labels to you!
Specifications
• In the first drop down, select Label size & stock.
- SM = Standard 1" Height x 2.625" Width Label (1 sheet can accommodate 30 guest addresses)
- MED = 1.5" Height x 4" Width Label (1 sheet can accommodate 12 guest addresses)
- LRG = 2" Height x 4" Width Label (1 sheet can accommodate 10 guest addresses)
• I offer these types of label stock:
- White matte is a white label with a matte/no gloss finish
- White Gloss is a white label with a semi-gloss finish
- Clear matte is a clear label with a matte/no gloss finish
- Clear Gloss is a clear label with a gloss finish
- Silver Foil is a completely silver background label with a semi-gloss finish
- Gold Foil is a completely gold background label with a semi-gloss finish
• In 2nd drop down, choose the # of sheets needed to accommodate the number of guest addresses you have. Price includes a coordinating printed set of return address labels in the same stock/finish but in 1"x2.625" standard size.
• In the Personalization box, follow the directions above the box for what to include in this box
• Then click "add to cart"
• Standard shipping is via USPS First Class Mail w/ tracking
• A faster shipping option can be chosen at checkout
Proof Handling
A proof of your full set of labels will be provided via email
If you are unsure of your font selection, please include a request for a mini-proof in the personalization box to get a proof of a small subset of your list in the chosen font so you can confirm or change before I proceed to creating a full proof
A request to change the font once a full proof is provided will require an additional $20 charge since I will have to completely re-do the labels from scratch.
Providing Names & Addresses to Me
Feel free to use a copy of my Google Sheet Template. Instructions are on the right side for copying and then filling in your own info.
Or if you already have a spreadsheet in Excel, Google Sheet, .CSV or .Numbers form with your info separated into columns, I can usually use that.

Processing and Shipping
The Delivery window shown above uses my current internal processing turn around time and standard shipping to calculate the delivery window.

Standard shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage Mail w/ tracking.

Items are packaged with care and shipped in packaging to guard against bending and weather elements.
